Morgantown, West Virginia
We drove about 220 miles from Ashland, Ohio to Morgantown, West Virginia. We chose to continue along US 250 until intersecting with I-77, about 50 miles. This route is beautiful as it meanders past farmlands, small towns and only a small bit of road work. We passed five Amish buggies enjoying their family on Sunday.
As we were driving along 250 I suddenly realized that I was seeing signs for several attractions mentioned by a RVing friend on her very recent blog entry. It was too late to make a connection and meet because we are moving along quickly to get to Washington, DC.
We are stopped for another quick overnight at Walmart (see photo) and will move on to Maryland today.
